Just a few notes

Lady has been hobbling around on three legs for almost a week. Last week she was chasing a rabbit out in the pasture and came back limping. It doesn't seem to bother her when we touch and feel it, she just won't put any weight on it.

Yesterday Jena jogged all the way to Ensign (5 miles) and Lady ran with her all the way - on just three legs!! She protects that leg, but still runs around outside. We are not sure what is wrong with it, but Jena and Dad are taking her to the vet this afternoon to see if they can diagnose the problem.

After only slightly warming up, it is supposed to get cold again. It's windy and chilly today and there is a chance of snow tomorrow. I thought last week was the last of the cold, but apparently not. Hopefully it won't last long so we can get back to warm, sunny days.

My sister, Krissa, is in Washington D.C. until Sunday. She is traveling with several other journalism students for an educational tip to D.C. They are going to tour the Washington Post and some other tourist sights. It will give her a break from classes at BJU.
