It was unbelievable though, as soon as her car stopped rolling, OnStar was on the speaker in the car. They called me at home, the ambulance, deputy sheriff, everything; they took care of every detail. I've always thought of OnStar as an "accessory", not a "necessity", but I can see the benefits of having it in your car.

Oh my goodness, Serena!! I cannot believe it! I can hardly believe she is not injured! That must have been absolutely terrifying! I can't imagine what you must have thought or felt when you received that call. I am so very, very thankful that she is all right, but I'm sorry about her little car.
